Where are they?
When we talk to our clients we generally have to slow them down. We all get excited about trying out new stuff but, frankly, transmedia gets them beyond excited. We just can’t stop them…. Often though, we have to ask them: “Where do your clients/partners/competitors/providers hang out? Are they all on Facebook? Twitter? Pinterest? YouTube? Do they chat? text? email?” Right off the bat, answering that question can get you closer to your goal of creating a new environment for your clients and a brand experience like no other.
Do you have a database of clients to whom you send a newsletter? Start any marketing changes by first asking them where they hang out… you’ll be surprised…..
